Who we are and what we do: 
Connected Development is a full services engineering design company. We provide hardware design, firmware design, cloud integration, RF design, antenna design, mechanical services, certification, and manufacturing assistance. In short, we provide a one stop shop for end device design, testing, builds, and deployment/ manufacturing.

What makes us unique:
Our deep wireless and IOT expertise sets us apart from average design services companies. Our staff has years of experience in designing, certifying, and manufacturing wireless products. We have the facilities and equipment, including an RF anechoic chamber and call boxes, to fully design, test and qualify wireless designs. In addition, our partner companies within TTI (TTI, Mouser, Symmetry, RFMW, Sager) allow us to provide component sourcing and logistics solutions that an average design company cannot do.

Working with Nordic Semiconductor:
Connected Development has worked with Nordic on many projects with high profile customers over the years. We have utilized Nordic Bluetooth solutions in many of our designs, and have the hardware, firmware, RF, and certification expertise to assist our customers with all forms of Nordic product in product integration. 

Which projects we focus on:
The only real criteria we have for customers are that they have a wireless design/ product that they wish to design and bring to market. We have worked with a broad range of customers, from start ups to fortune 500 companies, and will continue to do so over time. We have worked with products and customers that span many verticals, including industrial, medical, tracking, consumer, and automotive. Our customers span the globe, and are located in all regions. We have deep experience with BLE, proprietary RF protocols, and cellular, as well as multi-radio devices and integrating BLE/ cellular in devices with other wireless radios such as Wifi and LoRa.

Connected Development is fully committed to supporting sustainable development and environmental protection initiatives. We design all products to meet RoHS, REACH, and WEEE initiatives. Beyond that, we are not directly tracking goals specifically set out in the UN SDG, but we do work with customers that have products that would indirectly influence the SDG in a positive way. This includes monitoring of gases from landfills, remote healthcare monitoring and monitoring the more efficient use of water (utility).
