Who we are and what we do: 
Svep Design Center was founded in 1978, providing us with more than 40 years of experience and wide-ranging expertise within all aspects of product development – typically, our engineers have more than 10 years of experience, many more than 20 years of developing consumer-, industrial- and medical products.

We develop products containing electronics, software, and enclosures for our customers, helping them transform their ideas into products on a global market – we support them in every part of the process, from the requirements phase and all the way into high volume manufacturing.

What makes us unique:
With more than 65 employees, Svep Design Center is big enough to take on any size and type of project, and small enough to keep the personal perspective when we work with our customers!

In addition to developing products, we can assist in setting up manufacturing processes and assist, or even overseeing, starting up and running the manufacturing process and manufacturing testing using our Qualitracer test platform.

Also, easy access to pre-compliance measurement equipment, climate chambers and an advanced motion capture laboratory allows us to do time-consuming tasks on-site.

Working with Nordic Semiconductor:
We have worked with Nordic since 2012, and have extensive experience with their hardware and software, using their devices in a majority of our projects!

Which projects we focus on:
Svep Design Center specializes in turnkey product development that requires a broad spectrum of competences, such as electronics, algorithms, embedded software, RF design, regulatory issues, and cloud support, but we can also apply our expertise in isolated parts of customer projects.

• Wireless devices (Lora, BTLE, Wi-Fi, LTE-CAT/M1, NBIOT etc.).
• Connected devices that communicate with mobile phones, cloud services etc.
• Regulatory processes to get market access (CE, FCC etc.).
