What sets us apart is our profound mastery of custom MAC/PHY layer implementations—such as FTDMA architectures with microsecond-level sub-slot precision—paired with our proprietary WLCSP System-in-Package hardware.  By integrating energy-harvesting capabilities, we eliminate the operational "battery trap," delivering highly scalable, zero-maintenance infrastructure capable of supporting extreme node densities. 

Working with Nordic Semiconductor:
We deeply integrate Nordic Semiconductor's advanced silicon, specifically the nRF9151, nRF9131, and nRF5340 platforms. Utilizing the Zephyr RTOS and Nordic's highly flexible PHY APIs, we precisely tune low-level radio parameters to deploy our robust, ultra-low-latency protocol stacks directly onto Nordic’s industry-leading, low-power architectures.

We focus on large-scale, quality-driven projects by delivering highly structured, turnkey hardware and protocol solutions for both the US and global markets. Our deployments are purpose-built for mission-critical applications, specifically targeting commercial lighting infrastructure, semiconductor foundry automation, defense and government networks, and wide-area environmental monitoring. 

Solutions

FLSEMI ER0S Heterogeneous Gateway: Our flagship ER0S Gateway deeply integrates Nordic's multi-protocol portfolios, serving as a core PoE/IPv6 bridge between zero-maintenance endpoint sensors and large-scale facility management networks.
Dual-Radio HW (nRF5340 & nRF9151: The nRF5340 SoC (with an external FEM) maximizes link budgets for our self-powered Bluetooth NLC switches. Simultaneously, the nRF9151 SiP drives our 5G DECT NR+ backbone,delivering an ultra-reliable backhaul supporting >1M nodes/km² and over 2km LOS coverage. (https://www.flsemi.us/solutions).
Zephyr & NCS Utilization: Built entirely on Zephyr RTOS, we utilize Nordic's PHY APIs for custom DECT NR+ MAC/PHY configurations (e.g., FTDMA sub-slot scheduling). The nRF5340's TCP/IP stack handles MQTT/Modbus TCP bridging, while the nRF9151 manages environmental sensor data reporting via DECT NR+ RACH uplinks.
Turn-Key System Delivery: Combining Nordic silicon with our custom PoE hardware, we deliver complete, battery-free sensing and control infrastructure, feeding seamless data pipelines directly into industrial automation dashboards and building management systems.
