Working with Nordic Semiconductor:
We’ve worked with multiple Nordic-based platforms and toolchains across BLE, mesh, and cellular applications. Our engineering team has developed firmware and system architectures for nRF51, nRF52, and nRF91 devices, both as standalone platforms and integrated into multi-sensor systems. We help Nordic customers accelerate product development, validate wireless performance, and scale from initial prototype to field deployment. Whether building a full custom stack or integrating with Nordic SDKs, we bring deep system-level knowledge to ensure successful outcomes. Our simulation tools and hardware-in-the-loop testing infrastructure allow us to validate performance and reliability before customers ship a single unit.

Design services
Woody Creek provides full-stack design services that combine Nordic Semiconductor products with high-performance embedded software, custom RF hardware, and intelligent cloud integration. We specialize in architecting and delivering robust wireless solutions using Nordic’s nRF51, nRF52, and nRF91 platforms across Bluetooth LE, Bluetooth Mesh, proprietary 2.4 GHz, and cellular (LTE-M/NB-IoT) applications. Our team brings deep expertise in advanced RF and antenna design, with proven experience in creating custom antennas for embedded and wearable form factors and challenging RF environments.

We develop production-grade embedded firmware using Nordic SDKs, Zephyr RTOS, and Mynewt OS, often deploying dual-mode Bluetooth + proprietary protocols or integrating complex sensor interfaces. We support device-to-cloud workflows by building secure interfaces to backend platforms and seamless OTA-capable stacks.

Woody Creek offers end-to-end design capabilities, including hardware schematics, PCB layout, firmware development, and system validation. While we do not currently provide turn-key manufacturing, we support rapid prototyping, pre-production testing, and seamless transfer to production through partner CMs.
